Extract the files :

dinput8.dll
xbox360cemu.ini
xinput1_3.dll
xinput9_1_0.dll

Into the folder :

Program Files (x86)Deep SilverDead Island

Now make sure you select the XBOX 360 Controller in the Options for Controller...
